These decals are single use only and not reusable.

The product supplied might vary ever so slightly in colour due to each individual screen / monitor settings.

ADDITIONAL APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

These Are Completely Self-Adhesive Decals/Stickers Come with Pre-Fitted Application Tape Simply Peel and Stick onto Target Area and Come with Easy to Follow Instructions.

If your wall or surface is fresh paint. Allow at least 4 weeks drying time for the paint to be completely harden.

If you received the wall stickers in postal tube creases can occur in the transfer tape this does not crease or make the decal unusable. Lay stickers flat for a few days before use.

The target surface must be cleaned, we recommend rubbing alcohol for this as some solvents leave behind a residue which will cause the decal not adhere correctly.

Position the stickers to desired place. Touch as little as the sticky side as possible.

Take extra care not to crease as this will not come out later

Rub firmly with a credit card or similar to eliminate all air bubbles until fully adhered.

Repeat the process 2-3 times. Then carefully remove the transfer tape. If the decal starts to lift then go back one step and start again.

Whilst all stickers adhere well on majority surfaces. Silk or gloss oil painted surface may require additional glue.

Chrome and Matt Vinyl's

Please take extra care when removing these from the carrier sheet (the white or blue backing) as these vinyl's can be harder to remove than the regular gloss vinyl.

The target surface must be extra clean as if not these items will not attach and will peel off when removing the transfer tape

Decal application using the wet application method

If we Have supplied your decal(s) with paper-based transfer tape this is suitable for both wet and dry applications.

The instructions shown on your invoice are for dry application of decals these additional instructions are for wet application of decals

You can apply most smaller decals without using water, but for large and very large stickers. After cleaning your surface area, wet the area again using a spray bottle and a solution of about 5% soap / 95% water (we recommend baby shampoo as it has no additives that react with the decals glue). Apply the sticker while the area is still wet. This will keep it from adhering immediately and give you time to reposition if necessary. It also enables you to remove any bubbles using a squeegee or a plastic card. The soapy water will dry in a few minutes and leave your sticker firmly affixed and you can then carefully remove the transfer tape

Clothing items images are produced by various methods i.e. clothing vinyl, sublimation and images applied with a heat press

We only post to the registered address shown on the PayPal account it is not possible to change after purchase this due to the eBay terms and conditions and is your responsibility for this information to be correct.

Our mail is returned to us if un-delivered.

If your order is returned to us you will be required to pay for a tracked and signed for recorded delivery service before any item is re-posted.

If it is necessary to return goods to us, we try to make this as straight forward as possible.

Our Mistake

If we may make an error with your order, we will send out the correct item out to you with no additional carriage charge and arrange collection of the in correctly sent item

Your Mistake / Changed Your Mind

If you wish to return products that have no fault with them, then we reserve the right to charge a minimum restocking fee of 75 pence per item up to a maximum £5.00 subject to compliance with EU distance selling regulations for consumer purchases. The restocking fee is due to the administration costs and eBay / PayPal surcharges that are incurred in processing the order. You are responsible for returning the items to us in perfect condition at your expense. Please ensure you pack the items properly as if any item is damaged it will not be accepted for return. Carriage charges cannot be refunded once the order has been despatched. Special orders are exempt as they are made the customer specification thus making them personal. Personalised items are also exempt and cannot be returned
